Dealer Recruiter Full-time · Dallas HQ (Texas travel) · $90,000 base + $2,500 per site launched (uncapped) · Reports to CEO +

The mission

Nothing downstream matters without dealer flow. You are the revenue engine of a funded, proven platform: your job is to find owner-operator caliber HVAC talent — lead installers ready to run their own shop, small operators tired of paying for leads and overhead — and sign them into ALocal territories. The model, the pricebook, the sites, and the launch team already exist. You supply the people.

What you'll do

  • Own the dealer pipeline end to end: sourcing (trade networks, supply houses, job boards, referrals, licensing lists), first contact, pitch, vetting, and signed dealer agreement.
  • Run a disciplined funnel in the CRM with honest stage data — you will be managed on it and paid off the bottom of it.
  • Vet for the profile that wins: licensed or license-eligible, crew access, owner mentality, service-first attitude. Protect the network — a bad dealer costs more than an empty territory.
  • Hand signed dealers to Onboarding/Dealer Success cleanly: complete file, territory confirmed, expectations set.
  • Work the expansion map with the CEO and state managers: fill DFW, staff Houston for its 2027 opening, feed Phoenix, and build bench for each new market before it opens.

How you're measured

  • Quota: dealers signed and launched per month, tied to the company's site-launch cadence (ramping from ~1–2/month to 3–4/month as new markets open). The $2,500 per-launch bonus pays on go-live — uncapped, and at plan it adds $50K+ to your year.
  • Pipeline coverage (3× quota in qualified conversations), signed-to-launched conversion, and 6-month dealer retention of your signings.

You

  • Proven recruiter or closer in trades, franchising, dealer networks, or blue-collar staffing — you've signed operators, not just leads.
  • Credible with tradespeople: you can talk installs, crews, and take-home math without a script.
  • Self-managed hunter comfortable with a number over your head and a bonus tied to it.

Onboarding & Dealer Success Manager Full-time · Dallas HQ · $65,000 + performance bonus · Reports to CEO +

The mission

The recruiter signs them; you make them producers. You own the dealer's journey from signed agreement to first install to consistent monthly production — training, launch coordination, account management, and the operational health of every live territory. For now this seat also absorbs crew/pro coordination: good dealers bring their own crews, so crew management is a slice of account management until the network scales.

What you'll do

  • Run the launch checklist with the buildout coordinator: site live, pricebook loaded, field-service software and payment rails configured, Google Business verified, dealer trained on the sales process and the platform.
  • Train dealers on what makes the model work: transparent pricing, the quote-to-install flow, review generation, and month-end settlement.
  • Own time-to-first-install — the single number that predicts dealer success — and manage every new dealer to it.
  • Monitor live-dealer performance monthly (installs, close rate, reviews, settlement health); intervene early, retrain, and escalate territory risks before they become churn.
  • Track crew capacity by market; help dealers add crews as volume grows, and flag markets where crew supply, not demand, is the constraint.
  • Be the dealer's first call — and keep it from needing to be the CEO's.

How you're measured

  • Time from signed agreement to first install; % of dealers hitting first install within 45 days of launch.
  • Dealer retention and monthly production per site against the model's ramp.
  • Customer review velocity and average rating across the network — 5-star reviews are the growth engine at the local level.

You

  • Background in franchise onboarding, dealer/partner success, field-ops training, or multi-unit operations — you've made independent operators successful inside a system.
  • Organized enough to run 10+ concurrent launches; personable enough that dealers pick up your calls.
  • Comfortable with the stack: CRM/field-service software (ServiceTitan a plus), e-commerce dashboards, checklists that actually get followed.

Marketing & Ads Manager Full-time · Dallas HQ or remote · $85,000 + performance bonus · Reports to CEO +

The mission

Not every great installer is a great marketer — that's the point of the platform. You own demand generation for the entire dealer network: local ads that fill each territory's pipeline, and the dealer-recruiting campaigns that feed our own growth. This role pays for itself fastest of any seat in the company — dealers already pay ad-management fees, so every account you run well converts a cost center into a margin line.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the local playbook per territory: Google LSA/PPC, Meta, GBP optimization, and review-velocity programs — templatized once, deployed per site, tuned per market.
  • Manage ad budgets across all live sites with per-site reporting dealers can read: spend, leads, booked jobs, cost per install.
  • Run the dealer-recruiting campaigns that keep the Recruiter's pipeline at 3× coverage — you fill both funnels: customers for dealers, dealers for ALocal.
  • Own the launch marketing package for every new site so day-one dealers have day-one pipeline.
  • Report weekly on the number that matters: cost per booked install, by site, trending down.

How you're measured

  • Pipeline fill: leads and booked installs per live site against plan; % of sites at or above plan.
  • Ad-management margin: fee revenue vs. your loaded cost — this seat should be gross-profit positive inside two quarters.
  • Dealer-recruiting cost per signed dealer, and lead flow per filling metro.

You

  • Hands-on performance marketer in local/home services — you've run LSA/PPC for trades and can show cost-per-lead numbers, not brand decks.
  • Systems builder: one playbook, many territories, clean reporting.
  • Bonus: multi-location or franchise marketing experience; comfort building simple dashboards.

Operations Coordinator — Ordering & Dispatch Full-time · Dallas HQ · $60,000 + performance bonus · Reports to CEO +

The mission

Every sale a dealer closes becomes a physical job: equipment ordered, crew scheduled, system installed, homeowner happy. You own that chain. From the moment a job is booked, you order the right equipment at the right price, get it to the right place, and dispatch the right crew on the right day — across every live territory at once. When you do this well, dealers sell with confidence and installs happen fast. The order-to-install cycle is the heartbeat of the company, and you run it.

What you'll do

  • Own equipment ordering across the network: place and track distributor orders per job, confirm pricing against the pricebook, and chase every delivery to the job site or crew pickup.
  • Dispatch and schedule install crews across territories: match jobs to crews, confirm install dates with dealers and homeowners, and keep the calendar full without overbooking.
  • Run the order-to-install pipeline in the platform: every job staged correctly, every date confirmed, every exception (backorder, reschedule, site issue) caught early and communicated fast.
  • Coordinate the details that stall installs — permits, site-check findings, equipment swaps — so crews show up to jobs that are actually ready.
  • Track crew capacity and equipment lead times by market; flag constraints to the CEO before they cost installs.
  • Keep clean records per job — order confirmations, invoices, delivery, completion — that finance can settle against without questions.

How you're measured

  • Order-to-install cycle time, by market, trending down.
  • Order accuracy: right equipment, right job, first time — and zero installs delayed by an ordering miss.
  • Crew utilization and on-time install rate; dealer satisfaction with scheduling.

You

  • Dispatch, logistics, or field-ops coordination background — home services, construction, distribution, or last-mile. You've juggled crews, trucks, or deliveries against a clock before.
  • Relentlessly organized under volume: many jobs, many markets, one calendar, nothing dropped.
  • Clear, fast communicator — dealers, crews, distributors, and homeowners all hear from you before they have to ask.
  • Comfortable in software all day: field-service platforms (ServiceTitan a plus), spreadsheets, order portals.

Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist Full-time · Dallas HQ · $60,000 · Reports to CEO +

The mission

A dealer platform lives or dies on trust in the numbers. You own the day-to-day books for a multi-entity company: every invoice entered, every payment reconciled, every dealer settlement accurate, every crew paid fast. Payout speed is a dealer-retention weapon and clean books are how this company proves its numbers — to dealers and to investors. Everyone gets paid, on time, and everything reconciles to the penny. That's the job.

What you'll do

  • Run daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks across ALocal and its territory entities: AP/AR, invoice entry, categorization, and bank reconciliation.
  • Support the monthly dealer settlement cycle: statements per territory (revenue, equipment costs, profit split, platform and ad fees), reconciled to Shopify deposits and QuickBooks.
  • Verify equipment costs line-by-line against distributor invoices — the invoice-audit discipline is core to how this company proves its margins.
  • Process pro and crew payouts quickly and correctly, and invoice dealers on the monthly billing calendar.
  • Keep month-end on schedule with outside accounting support: clean books, organized documentation, no surprises.
  • Flag anything that doesn't reconcile — early, in writing, before it compounds.

How you're measured

  • Reconciliation accuracy and books closed on schedule every month.
  • Settlement accuracy: zero unresolved dealer disputes over 30 days.
  • Payout and invoicing turnaround — crews paid fast, dealers billed on time.

You

  • 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting; multi-entity LLC experience strongly preferred.
  • QuickBooks expert; comfortable reconciling marketplace-style payment flows (Shopify or similar a plus).
  • Construction, trades, franchising, or distribution background a plus — you've seen job costing and vendor invoices before.
  • Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven; you treat an unreconciled dollar as a problem, not a rounding error.
