By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  • Dealer / Installer / Contractor – Any business that participates in the ALocal system or receives customers through our platform.

  • Content – Any text, images, videos, or materials uploaded or displayed via our Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • Use the Service to upload viruses or malicious code.

  • Use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes.

  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer website content, pricing, branding, or tools.

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these rules.

3. Accounts & Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Orders

Prices, promotions, equipment availability, and installation availability may change at any time without notice.

For HVAC equipment or installation services:

  • Prices shown online may require adding items to cart to view final discounted pricing.

  • Orders are not final until confirmed by us.

  • Installation availability varies by location and may be provided by ALocal or licensed third-party contractors.

5. Dealer, Installer & Contractor Disclaimer

ALocal works with independent licensed contractors to perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and related services.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Contractors are independent businesses, not employees of ALocal.

  • ALocal is not liable for contractor workmanship, delays, damages, or performance unless stated in a separate signed agreement.

  • Users must verify contractor licensing where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, images, logos, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of ALocal Company LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, ACH, scheduling tools, financing partners, warranty platforms).
We are not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.

Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • That product descriptions or specifications are 100% accurate.

  • That contractor availability will meet scheduling expectations.

Any manufacturer warranties are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

ALocal may offer optional guarantees, warranty programs, or protection plans through separate agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ALocal Company LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Service delays

  • Contractor performance issues

  • Shipping damage or carrier delays

  • Equipment installation by third parties

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services involved.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ALocal harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Interactions with contractors or dealers

  • User-submitted content

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Texas unless otherwise required by law.

13. Mobile Information Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging infrastructure providers, is permitted under strict confidentiality agreements. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

14. Data Transfer Commitment
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We will not transfer your data to external organizations without your explicit consent, except as required by law or for service fulfillment. We implement strict access controls and data protection measures to ensure your information remains secure.

15. SMS Messaging Terms
SMS Services and Use Cases By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from ALocal Company LLC at +1 469-949-1589.

Messages may include:

- Account Notifications

- Application status, territory updates, program changes

- Customer Care - Support responses and program assistance

- Delivery Notifications

- Training materials and document delivery

- Marketing

- Program updates, new territory announcements, dealer opportunities

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Age Restriction SMS services are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Carrier Disclaimer ALocal Company LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 469-949-1589.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from ALocal Company LLC.

If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the original sign-up method.
